由 BIMI-AUTO 主办的第十五届国际汽车工业 X.0 峰会将于 12 月在上海举行。本届峰会以智驭新质 · 绿创未来 为主题，预计汇聚 300余位行业管理者与技术专家。约 68% 的参会者来自汽车主机厂及 Tier 1 供应商。
从一个工位到一条产线，AI 如何走向量产？
北汽新能源将以享界超级工厂为例，分享 AI 驱动高端汽车智能制造的探索。福特汽车将从工业视觉切入，讨论质量检测如何从单点试验走向规模化部署。两场分享分别从整厂与工位出发，呈现 AI 进入汽车制造现场的不同路径。
在具身智能方面，上汽通用动力科技有限公司将分享人形机器人在汽车制造场景中的应用研究。柳州赛克科技发展有限公司将介绍新能源汽车零部件的智能岛制造体系，探讨柔性生产单元如何适应多品种生产需求。
从厂内物流到海外制造，供应链如何跟上？
华晨宝马将梳理 AI 在汽车物流与供应链中的应用进展。理想汽车将分享产前智能立体库案例，介绍自动化仓储如何衔接生产计划和厂内配送。
汽车出海也是本届峰会的重点。EVOLVE Consulting Group 将以中东为例，探讨中国企业如何从贸易和组装走向本地制造，并建立当地零部件配套。AutoForm 将围绕数字化实践，讨论如何缩短工程周期，让成熟做法在不同工厂和市场复用。

根据本届议程，北京奔驰汽车有限公司、江汽集团、岚图汽车科技有限公司、吉利 ME 中心、比亚迪和长安汽车，小米汽车，长城汽车，大众等等也将参与峰会交流，涉及工厂规划、数字化管理、质量管理和整车智能制造。
首日圆桌将围绕智能汽车时代的工艺变革与协同升级展开，讨论新车型导入带来的工艺变化、柔性改造的投资回报，以及整车与零部件企业如何共同保障量产质量。

Explore How AI Is Reshaping Automotive Manufacturing
15th International Automotive Industry X.0 Summit

An AI vision system works at one inspection station. Will it hold up after a model changeover or on another line? Which tasks are worth testing with humanoid robots? And when manufacturers start producing overseas, which processes can they replicate and which supplies and services will they need to source locally?
Organised by BIMI-AUTO, the summit is expected to bring together more than 300 industry executives and technical specialists. At previous editions, approximately 68% of attendees represented automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
From a single workstation to series production
BAIC New Energy will share what the STELATO Super Factory has learned about applying AI to premium vehicle manufacturing. Ford Motor Company will discuss how industrial vision can move from a single quality inspection application to deployment at scale.
SAIC General Motors Propulsion System Technology will present research on humanoid robots in automotive manufacturing. Liuzhou SEIKE Technology Development will introduce its Intelligent Island Manufacturing System and discuss how flexible production cells can accommodate a wider mix of new energy vehicle components.
From plant logistics to overseas production
BMW Brilliance Automotive will discuss where AI is being applied in automotive logistics and supply chains today. Li Auto will present a case study on how automated storage and retrieval supports vehicle production.
EVOLVE Consulting Group will examine how Chinese companies are moving from trade and assembly towards local manufacturing and component sourcing in the Middle East. AutoForm will discuss how digital engineering practices can shorten lead times and scale across plants and markets.

The programme also features Beijing Benz Automotive, JAC Group, Voyah, Geely Auto ME Center, BYD and Changan Automobile, Xiaomi Auto，GWM, VM with perspectives spanning plant planning, digitalisation, quality and vehicle manufacturing.
The Day 1 panel will discuss how new models affect production processes, how manufacturers assess the return on flexible upgrades, and how OEMs and component suppliers work together to maintain quality in series production.
Bring a project or a case study to Shanghai
Equipment manufacturers, system integrators and technology providers are welcome to bring a case from an automotive plant. Discuss how the solution connected to existing equipment, how much downtime installation required, how long it took to go live and how the customer verified its performance in production.
