AI servers can be installed in phases, but power and cooling capacity must be planned well in advance. Can the grid connection meet the project schedule? Which equipment can be retained when an existing facility is upgraded for AI inference? What changes when liquid cooling goes from a handful of pilot racks to deployment at scale?
由 BIMI-AUTO 主办的 2027 IDCS数据中心国际峰会 将于 1 月 20–21 日在上海举行。大会将邀请云服务商、IDC 运营商、算力需求方、工程建设企业及设备与技术供应商，围绕智算基础设施从规划、建设到投运的实际问题展开交流。
Organised by BIMI-AUTO, the (IDCS) International Data Center Summit 2027 will take place in Shanghai on 20–21 January 2027. The summit will invite cloud providers, data centre operators, compute buyers, engineering firms and technology suppliers to discuss the decisions that shape AI infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning.
算力扩容，先算清电力账 | Power availability and the cost of expansion
对智算中心来说，选址和扩容都绕不开可用电力、接入周期与长期用电成本。峰会将讨论绿电直供、算电协同、高效供配电与储能，也将关注互联网、金融和政企客户如何按业务需求采购算力，以及运营团队如何把能耗、水耗和碳排放纳入日常管理。
Available power, grid connection lead times and long-term electricity costs shape where and how AI data centres can expand. The programme will cover direct green power supply, coordination between compute and power, efficient power distribution and energy storage. It will also examine how internet companies, financial institutions and public-sector organisations procure compute capacity, and how operators track energy use, water consumption and emissions.
高密度机柜上架，液冷如何走向规模化？| Scaling liquid cooling and upgrading existing facilities
液冷进入批量部署后，服务器与机柜适配、现场施工、消防安全和后续维护需要一并考虑。大会将围绕全栈液冷、800V 高压直流、预制化模块交付和存量机房改造展开交流。对于正在改造既有机房的团队，议程也将关注如何评估可用容量、安排停机窗口，并让改造后的机房承接推理负载。
Deploying liquid cooling across a facility brings questions about rack and server compatibility, installation, fire safety and maintenance. The summit will explore full-stack liquid cooling, 800 V high-voltage DC, prefabricated modular delivery and upgrades to existing facilities. For teams adapting existing sites to run inference workloads, discussions will cover how to assess spare capacity and schedule work around available downtime.
从机房运维到全球交付，如何保障算力上线？| Operations, hardware supply and global deployment
峰会将探讨 AI 运维、数字孪生、算网融合与智能调度，讨论如何利用运行数据识别设备异常、优化能耗并提高算力利用率。围绕硬件交付，大会也将关注芯片和光模块的供应保障，以及 CPO 光互连在 AI 集群中的部署。圆桌讨论将把视角延伸到全球基础设施布局，交流不同市场的能源条件、设备供应与跨境合规问题。
Sessions on AI-assisted operations, digital twins, compute and network integration, and intelligent scheduling will look at how teams can use operational data to detect equipment anomalies, manage energy use and improve compute utilisation. The programme will also cover chip and optical module supply, along with the deployment of co-packaged optics (CPO) in AI clusters. A roundtable on global infrastructure will examine how energy availability, equipment supply and cross-border compliance affect deployment decisions in different markets.
